Our Production and Supply organization plays a vital role in the success of our business. By sourcing, manufacturing and distributing our products as efficiently as possible it makes sure we meet our commitments to our customers.

Through our Procurement, Supply Graduate Program and Development Program you will be given the opportunity to develop your career path in a way that meets your individual needs. You will learn about and gain experience in the various elements of our Supply business, such as procurement, supply chain management, logistics, customer service, engineering and seed operations.

The program is administered and run across our Production and Supply locations. Rotating through two to three different areas over a three year period, you will gain broad business exposure from experiencing different aspects of the business. Once you have completed the program, you will be qualified to choose from a range of exciting career opportunities with Syngenta.

Who are we looking for?

We are interested in candidates who hold a bachelor or higher qualification in supply chain management, plant or crop science, engineering, procurement, business agronomy or an agricultural related field. You may have recently completed your studies and be looking for your first position, and will need to be mobile. In addition to English, speaking a second or third language is a plus.

You will need strong problem solving, project management and analytical skills along with a high level of numeracy, strong organizational skills and an approach that focuses on getting results. You will also need to be proactive and an agile learner. In addition, given the global reach and scope of our business, you will need the flexibility to work in different geographies and across different business cultures and so good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team are essential.
